These terms govern your use of Venture Vetter (venturevetter.com and the Venture Vetter apps). By creating an account you agree to them.

The service

Venture Vetter produces AI-assisted evaluations of business ideas you submit. Reports are informational. They are not legal, tax, accounting or investment advice, and no outcome is guaranteed. Validate key assumptions with customers and qualified professionals before acting.

Your account and content

You are responsible for your account and for the ideas you submit. You keep all rights to your content. You grant us the limited right to process it to provide the service. Do not submit ideas that are illegal, fraudulent or designed to cause harm; such submissions are rejected.

Plans and fair use

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Plus and Pro include fair-use caps shown on the pricing page. We may pause evaluations that abuse the service.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in Settings; this permanently deletes your evaluations and reports.
