Refund policy

Web subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from Billing; access continues until the end of the paid period. If an evaluation fails for a technical reason it does not count against your plan.

If you were charged in error, contact billing@venturevetter.com within 14 days and we will refund the charge. Purchases made through the App Store are refunded by Apple under its policies.
