Refund policy

You can cancel a subscription at any time: on the website from Pricing, Manage or cancel; in the iOS app from your Apple account subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

You can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or of a subscription renewal, for any reason. Web purchases are refunded by our reseller Paddle.com: email billing@venturevetter.com or use the link in your Paddle receipt. Purchases made in the iOS app are refunded by Apple; request them at reportaproblem.apple.com.
